For the purposes of copy-cataloging, the most frequent uses of ISBD(G) occur in the title statement (MARC 245), edition statement (MARC 250), Publication statement (MARC 260), Physical description (MARC 300), and Series statement (MARC 4xx). The following example presents the basic punctuation for these fields. Please note: SPACES are important!
